Customer Satisfaction index:

I've taken initiative in responding the calls in meetings and also dividing work to offshore team assigned by EAI app manager Adeline Lee, or onsite team.I have been able to address all the SRs and CRs for EAI interface setups in non prod and prod.I was able to decommission more than 60 interfaces in PROD and non PROD after deeply analyzing and making the decisions .As a team we are able to decommission nearly 200 interfaces.I have completed all the assigned tasks within SLA timelines.Adhere to attending meetings and timely responding to client questions , addressing all mails and proactively suggesting and keeping our opinions on others suggestions led us to gain customer confidence and satisfaction.

Now I'm handling dev ops kind of operations that proofs myself that can indulge in any domain application. Now I'm learning python and I've intermediate knowledge and working experience in python 2.7 /3.0.

Timely identification of the root cause of the problems in the system

I've been proactive in addressing the issues reported by the clients.Timely participated working sessions with app teams and resolved or provided the suggestions to resolve the issues.Debugged the complex issues and identified root causes in data feed stuck and resolved the exception occurred in the system.

Timely follow-ups of the escalated queries/issues

Following up of the escalated service requests or issues with app teams or onsite is one of our routine job before we proceed with interface setups.I have to follow up with app team to get approvals for all interface setups.Once the setup has done, it should be monitor and kept further observations until data feed process success,if in case any issues from app team end,I need to inform or follow up with app team using central station ticket managing tool , mail or over the call.

Status Reporting

I've been involved proactively in updating status of the SRs or issues in weekly meetings and able to provide daily status through mails. I've involved in testing after the initial setup of interfaces and monitor data process from publisher to subscriber through EAI system and updated same to app manager for approvals for go-live.

Resolved many issues pertaining to data process which interns have ACL validations,permission issues,agent installation ,file name validation,https endpoint connections,database connection issues during the testing and initial interface setup.

I was able to gain 1.1 T-Factor ,1 badge,4.3 credits in fresco play.completed many courses in Udemy and always strive to learn new technologies and update myself using the iEvolve ,fresco play,OReilly safari tutorials. Attended javasript,java,maven webinars conducted by TCS talent development team.

Number of customer escalations

I and my team adhere to the processes of EAI application as well apple IST security complaisance and advising all applications teams to follow the process while on boarding interfaces into EAI Platform and also addressing all calls and to the ema from application teams. There has been zero escalation for me and team.  I understand the importance of customer satisfaction which acts as a key in business. I      put my efforts best to keep a positive towards my work and the roles which I performed.
